This Shipping Policy outlines how Mega Keratin Europe LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles order fulfillment and delivery through our website https://mega-keratin.com/.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently deliver orders to all countries within the European Union (EU). We do not offer international shipping outside of the EU at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET are generally prepared for dispatch the same day.

  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery, including:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx Express

The carrier is automatically selected based on your location, parcel size, and service availability.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your destination country, courier service, and local delivery conditions.

Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in the Netherlands, and once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment.

Please note: while most deliveries within the EU are completed promptly, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates. External factors such as courier delays, holidays, customs processes, or local disruptions may affect shipping time.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts. These will be clearly indicated on the website.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your package is shipped.

Tracking allows you to monitor the shipment status in real-time directly with DHL or FedEx.

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems (e.g., delays, loss, damage), please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at:

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As all orders are shipped from the Netherlands within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or VAT charges for EU customers.

9. Incomplete or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

We may either:

  • Re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (if applicable)
